Sometimes simple recipes also taste divine !!May be,
because of the right pairing or I was too tired..☺☺
As promised sharing a simple Aalu Matar recip e
with basic ingredients. Do tag us if you try the recipe ☺
1)Heat 4tsp oil, add bayleaf, dry red chilli, pinch of hing, a pinch of cumin and mustard seeds
2) Once splutter add big piece of grated ginger followed by 2 finely chopped tomatoes, one bowl of green peas and saute
3) Once the tomatoes are mushy add 1 1/2tsp Kitchen King masala, 1/2tsp turmeric, 1/2tsp red chilli powder followed by boiled potatoes (cut to small size), salt(as per taste) and saute for 4-5mns
4) Garnish with coriander leaves and you are done.

P.S. I have used frozen peas which I had peeled and
kept for freezing in the Month of Feb with my daughter's help.☺ Peas can be frozen without using any
preservatives in airtight bags.
